Meet Micah

A creative leader, investor, and entrepreneur, I spent more than a decade in leadership roles at The Atlantic, NPR, and KCRW before launching my consulting and coaching career. Across these experiences, I developed a deep appreciation for the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and impact - work that continues to shape how I support clients today. I’m a Certified Professional Life Coach through the Transformation Academy, and I hold a BA from Brown University in Media Studies and Creative Writing.

Alongside my work in media and coaching, I’ve built a parallel path as a curator of experiences and creative work. I’ve produced concerts and other live events, promoted artists and cultural programming, and performed and published poetry. These pursuits reflect a throughline in my life: a commitment to creating spaces where people can connect more fully to themselves and to what matters most. I bring that same sense of purpose and care into my coaching practice, working with clients as high achievers while honoring the depth and complexity of who they are.
